For more than a decade, we've cooked pizza in driveways, backyards, vineyards, schools, and event spaces across the East End.
Fireborn brings our mobile wood-fired oven, experienced team, and long-fermented dough directly to your event. We cook in front of your guests and serve hot pizzas continuously throughout the party.
From intimate backyard gatherings to weddings and large celebrations, every event is built around good ingredients, live fire, and generous hospitality.
What We Serve
Our dough is made with premium Italian flour that is never bleached or bromated and slowly fermented for better flavor and texture.
We prefer to showcase local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible, working with farms and producers we respect and admire. Menus may feature local vegetables, greens, herbs, meats, and cheeses alongside carefully selected premium ingredients.
Organic ingredients are available upon request. Gluten-free, vegan, and other dietary options can also be accommodated with advance notice.

Packages begin at $3,750 for up to 50 guests. Additional guests, service time, staffing, and menu items can be added based on your event.
More Than a Pizza Truck
Fireborn began with a wood-fired oven built on a retired military trailer. Founder Terry McGuire learned the craft outside, cooking at parties across the East End long before working with an indoor pizza oven.
That experience still shapes every event. We understand live fire, changing weather, timing, hospitality, and what it takes to keep a crowd well fed.
We're proud of our work, and we believe our pizza can stand alongside anyone's.
