Our Pizza Dough Pizza dough made the right way. No BS. Caputo Italian flour, water, sea salt, and yeast. Cold-fermented for 24 hours, then frozen. Four ingredients. No reason to settle. Each 9.5-ounce dough ball makes a 12-inch thin-crust pizza. Thaw in the fridge overnight, then let it come to room temperature before stretching. Pizza, calzones, garlic knots. We make the dough. You make it yours. Comes frozen.
